I am excited to help others in their endurance sports careers by applying the fundamentals of aerobic fitness, strength training, nutrition, riding technique, and mental skills necessary from the novice to professional ranks. I encourage riders to invest in their fitness as it will pay the most dividends and continue to pay off throughout their athletic careers and life. I’ve invested extensively in learning science-based ways to train for endurance sports and have applied what I’ve learned to myself for over a decade. Endurance sports are not easy, but the hard way is more rewarding.
